
These guilt free high protein pancakes are a fantastic way of craving that sweet tooth while also packing over 40 grams of protein per serving.

Ingredients (serves 2)
1 banana
2 eggs
50g jumbo porridge oats
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
50ml almond milk / skimmed milk
2 tbsp low sugar chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
combine all the ingredients in to a blender and blitz to form a batter
(add more milk if mixture is too thick to your liking)
grab a large non stick frying pan place on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp coconut oil
pour the batter into the frying pan to the desired size and sprinkle some of the chocolate chips on top
once the bubbles start to come through they are ready to flip, cook for a further 30 seconds and serve
These are best served with fresh fruit and low fat natural yoghurt.
