Like with all new training programmes it is vital that you have a specific goal and what you want to achieve. These goals can be anything you want it to be from wanting to look good for a holiday or wedding, to improving on techniques or even take part in a competition. Whatever these goals of yours are with my initial complimentary consultation we can devise together the correct method and strategy to move forward.
This will be followed up with check ins every 2 weeks to make sure you are staying on track to achieving your goals and also to make adjustments if needed.
