I have been training with Daniel now for 8 months, getting fit and losing weight has become easy training with Daniel. I have never had as much fun in a gym before, as each session is motivating and challenging. Daniel seems to adapt to any situation and can get the best out of me even when I’m tired, he always manages to push me enough to make me achieve. Daniels sessions are always fun whilst he continues to mix up the training so it never gets boring. I can’t recommend him enough.

At my first session with Dan, I had zero fitness experience or knowledge and also zero confidence. I was a lost person who thought that to lose weight, you just ate hardly anything. Boy was I wrong! I wrote a food diary for Dan, which I remember him laughing at because of how little I was eating. He told me that I was eating no where near enough, but he would help me learn and also help build my confidence up. Since day 1, he has never let me down. The level of support he gives to his clients is amazing. He’s always ready to answer any questions, no matter how silly you think they sound and his workout sessions are planned around what your personal goals are. Dan always knows when to push me harder without me over doing it and the PT sessions with him are always different and fun. I owe so much to him for all he has done for me. He has given me a new lease on life and most importantly, he has given me the confidence he promised I would have on Day 1. I will never be able to thank him enough and I am so excited to see where this journey goes.
I was Daniel’s client for over a year, in the beginning I was struggling to get in shape, I used to do lots of cardio but it showed no results, I became frustrated until I began to workout with Daniel, he changed the way I workout.
